Lunch today:
3oz chicken breast, skinless - 150
1 cup steamed broccoli - 50
1/2 medium bake sweet potato - 75
1 red velvet yogurt - 100
Lunch total: 375
I will admit that I added salt to everything, but my pressure isn't an issue so I'm not terribly worried. It was tasty and I'm satisfied without being overly full.
