Dinner

Dinner:
3 oz chicken breast - 160 1/2 cup broccoli - 30
1 small sweet potato - 60
1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - 50
1.5 perogies (stolen from DH's plate) - 90

Total: 390


Dessert:
2 slices wheat toast - 200
2 cups skim milk - 180
4 tbsp Nutella - 400
Total: 780


Daily total: 2155


I admit, over did it on the dessert. But let's remember, the focus of this week is breakfast. That's being the case, I had a very successful day.
