I really do hate that I had to miss work today. I was hoping for working an entire month without missing a day, bleh.
Breakfast (before I went back to bed this morning):
1.5 cup Honey Nut Cheerios - 220
1 cup skim milk - 90
Total: 310
Much sleep so no midmorning snack.
Lunch:
2 Eggo Waffles - 170
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese - 90
1/2 peaches - 80
20g Reddiwhip - 60
Total: 400
Maybe another nap time?
